35 Year Amortization Program

35-year amortizations are available on mortgages! This allows for greater access to home ownership in the Canadian marketplace through lower monthly payments. This extended amortization option is offered through most lender insurers and most of our lender partners. Extended amortizations are offered at a premium through the insurers like CMHC and Genworth, and may be slightly more restrictive on a qualification basis. However mortgage amounts up 80% LTV are not subject to any premiums.
