Dave Hill

Dave Hill has a personal and unique perspective for dealing with the challenges facing all of us when applying for a mortgage — a process that can be both emotional and stressful.

A graduate of ACAD (Alberta College of Art and Design) in Applied Arts, Dave has worked for various advertising and design firms over the years as the Art/Creative Director. From 1976 to 2004, he moved on to become President of Hill, Miller, and Hutchins Communications (later known as Hill & Associates Design Group), providing public relations and marketing services for the real estate and oil and gas industries. In conjunction with this, he also started Belmont Grey Development Corporation, a real estate investment and development company. Dave joined Dominion Lending Centres Westcor in 2004 and within two years received his accreditation from the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals (CAAMP).

Now, with six years in mortgage brokering, and more than 25 years of experience in real estate investment and development to draw from, Dave is committed to streamlining the mortgage procedure. Through a thorough understanding of financial and personal needs, to identifying the mortgage lender and product that best suits their specific needs, he works side by side with his clients to make sure they get approved.
