Denise Slaunwhite

Ms. Denise Slaunwhite has a long history in the financial and mortgage business markets. From 1979 to 1987 she was a Senior Loans Administrator for Canada Trust in Calgary, Alberta. From 1988 to 1991 she worked for both the Central Trust Bank and National Trust Bank as a Loan Officer and Mortgage Development Officer.

In 1991 she became the Residential Mortgage Manager for Bankers Capital Group and from 1995 she consulted for Richter and Partners as CMHC Claims Administrator.

Denise also joined Westcor Mortgages in 1995 and in 1998 left Richter and Partners to devote her full attention to Westcor.

Accomplishments

Denise has developed mortgage and loan portfolios, conducted presentations for builders and realtors, supervised mortgage administration staff, conducted client interviews and met with lenders to obtain approvals for mortgage applicants.

She achieved senior signing officer capacity for all services, conducted credit investigations, collections and repossessions and conducted fraud investigations with the MasterCard Divisions. Denise is a tremendous asset to Westcor clients because of her extensive experience and knowledge in the mortgage industry.
