With over 4 years of experience in the brokerage industry, Sheila Speelman truly understands what her clients need to reach their full investment potential.
Before joining Dominion Lending Centres Westcor in 2007, Sheila worked as a personal loans and mortgage specialist with TD for 10 years, in both Lethbridge and Calgary. She then moved on to become a senior mortgage underwriter for CIBC FirstLine Mortgages, where she gained extensive experience in mortgage underwriting, operations, mortgage loan sales, and loan servicing.
With her Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) designation, Sheila now works as a mortgage associate and funder for Dominion Lending Centres Westcor, and brings a consultative approach to our business - focusing on helping her clients build their net worth through smart acquisitions and projects and maximizing their investment gains.
